Mrs. G.
The New York Times recently published an article explaining the world's conflicting relationship with cilantro, why some people can't get enough of it while others think it tastes like soap. Apparently some people might be genetically predisposed to despise the herb. Julia Child once said that she couldn't abide cilantro or arugula and that if either were served to her in a restaurant, she would pick them out and throw them on the floor.
Cilantro...love it or hate it?
